I had an urgent request for deep cleaning services, and called all over London. Out of all the companies contacted, Vortex was the most responsive company and provided an immediate response. The Vortex team spent time to ensure that a professional job was done. The manager was honest, responsive, professional and caring. Following the cleaning job, Amer provided additional information about other service providers (movers, support services) needed for our move. Overall, an excellent responsive service that went beyond the call of duty. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone. Top notch.

I had the greatest experience with Vortex Services! I needed a couch cleaning ASAP and no more than an hour later, somebody was sent over. They even went the extra mile by cleaning my mirror and pillows. The person sent over was extremely kind. The communication from Vortex was excellent. I am so please with their help and highly recommend them to anybody else looking for top service at a great price!

Responded well to online queries. Very professional but at the same time friendly. They did a very good job of move out cleaning for us. Price was exactly what they quoted and the best part was they came and saw exactly what the condition of unit was. Happy with the service provided.

The Vortex team recently did a very difficult cleaning job in my home and I am completely happy with the results. Their very personable and attentive General Manager Amer, came twice to discuss what we needed then he sent Ilona and Eddie to do the cleaning. They worked all morning and never stopped until the job was done - they were terrific. Many thanks. Peter

I contacted Amer about cleaning my son's house in London as we live in the Barrie area. He was able to accommodate us even though they don't normally work on Saturdays as we were coming from out of town. The manager, Cheryl, met us to go through the place and give us a quote. We made arrangements for them to come back in the middle of the week and clean the whole house from top to bottom. Cheryl and her team did an amazing job, and the were very thorough. They even had to take apart the fridge to clean it! I would highly recommend this company. They also take before and after photos, but there were way too many to post here.
